How long does this process take from beginning to end?
We offer fast turn around time in the North Shore area. Once we receive
your order form, you will be contacted to schedule your appointment. Most
local photo shoots take one hour or less and are completed in just 1-2 days. The
Virtual Tour link will be e-mailed to the listing agent to post on their MLS
account. We will post your Virtual Tour to REALTOR.com® ($25 fee) within 24 hours after your appointment.
How do I prepare for my photo shoot?
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make
it, you can send someone from your agency or have the homeowner present. It
is also important to stage the property ahead of time by making sure it is
clean and uncluttered. Please put items away that you don’t want shown
in the pictures and make sure there is appropriate lighting in each room/area.
If there are animals present, please make arrangements to have them put in
an area that won’t be photographed.
What if I decide to order more pictures during the appointment?
No problem…you can add more Virtual Tour scenes or still images during
the photo shoot.
What if I don’t have the MLS number yet?
We can still complete your photo shoot and you can provide the MLS number once
you receive it. The MLS number is required to post online with MLS and
REALTOR.com.
What if it’s raining the day of the appointment?
If you only need indoor pictures, then rain or clouds are not an issue. However,
we are unable to take outdoor pictures in the rain or snow. If you require
outdoor pictures, please schedule accordingly and call us at least 24 hours
in advance.
What if my listing is outside of your coverage area?
If your listing is located outside of the North Shore area, we will do our
very best to accommodate you, however, it will depend on our schedule and availability. Additional
fees for travel may apply. Please contact us for additional information.
What if I’m unhappy with the Virtual Tour?
We are committed to providing professional and quality service. Your
Photographer will show you the completed Virtual Tour before leaving the appointment. This
is exactly as it will appear on the Internet. If something doesn’t
look right, we can easily reshoot that scene while we are there.
How much does a Virtual Tour cost?
Virtual Tours are an affordable way to advertise your listing. For
properties that are for sale through a real estate agency, rates start at $99.95,
which include six (6) Virtual Tour scenes and one (1) still image. For
commercial or website advertising, please contact us for a personalized estimate.
What if I don’t have a MasterCard or VISA?
Currently, we only accept MasterCard and VISA. If you don’t
have one of these credit cards, you can pay by check or money order.
